I wish I could put into words how amazing they were today! Surprisingly enough, I have never tried their subs, but have always wanted to! I am sick with covid at the moment, so unfortunately, I had to use door dash. I was not familiar with how their subs are served (roll wise), so I requested a sub on a soft roll, but apparently it only comes on a hard one. They went out of their way to accommodate my order and went above and beyond with other things. I cannot wait to order again (in person when I am not sick). I cannot recommend them enough to everyone! Thank you so much Ventimiglia! Exceptional service 🖤

I've only been coming here since 1998. My 1st visit was based on a referral from Mike O. At Buff Whelan He called his shot, he said best 🇮🇹 Submarine ever, but you got to get it on a hard roll, he was spot on. So now I get here often, usually for the 🇮🇹 Submarine, equally as often for a quart or two of the homemade soups. Plus the olive bar is world class. The ladies and men on the sub line are terrific. Always call ahead to give them a running start Victor, his sister and parents are usually on site helping. Place is a 💎 Today's visit I added pastrami to the 🇮🇹 Sub and had it on a soft roll 🌟🌟🌟💕💕

I've been going here for decades. I would highly recommend it. I'm going to be honest sometimes they get high school kids working here that are still learning but if you get lucky and one of the OGs makes your sandwich. It will be the best Italian submarine sandwich you've ever had. The soups are also very good but don't last long so if you see your favorite you might wanna grab a backup quart for later. They have staples in the rotation but something like the sausage and kale doesn't come around as often. Enjoy this place while you can.

An institution. I've been gobbling their deliciousness up for 20 years. Back in the day it was the Italian sub on hard roll or the chicken cutlet sub on wheat, both of which are OUTSTANDING. I gave up meat however and these days, it's the Eggplant Sub minus ham, and it is BOMB! Not to mention all the other goodies that are available; vegetables, cheeses, soups, salads and such. This place is an absolute Gem!

This place is literally heaven on earth. The people, the food, the variety; everything about this place is amazing! The Italian sandwich is ginormous and delicious, the meat selection is massive and the fresh food section has so many delicious options! They have a freezer by the registers that has some of the best garlic bread I’ve ever had! Tony and everyone else working there is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend coming here!
